1. Tell me what you have
Share the tax years, exchanges, wallets, and the issue you want to resolve. A brief overview is enough to begin: use the form below or message me on Telegram.
Helpful details include the crypto tax software you use, any warnings it shows, and whether you received a Form 1099-DA.
2. Agree on the scope
You receive the records checklist, deliverables, price, and timeline in writing before work begins. Starting prices depend on transaction volume, sources, years, and complexity:
- Records review from $75 USD
- Transaction cleanup from $200 USD
- CPA-ready handoff from $350 USD
3. Share your records
You share exported files, such as exchange CSVs, wallet histories, and software reports, through the method agreed for your scope. I never ask for seed phrases, private keys, account passwords, wallet signatures, or transfers of funds. You remain in control of your wallets and accounts throughout the process.
4. Review and hand off
Depending on the agreed scope, you receive an organized transaction ledger, a source index, reconciliation notes, and a list of open items for your tax preparer. Issues that cannot be resolved from the available records are documented for review.

What is not included
These services cover record organization, reconciliation, and documentation. Tax advice, return preparation, and filing are not included. Your CPA or EA reviews the records and makes the decisions for your return.
