Inquiry form
When you send the inquiry form, the details you enter are emailed to me through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) so I can reply and prepare a quote. Only your email address is required. Optional fields are your message, name, tax years, approximate number of transactions, number of exchanges and wallets, portfolio size range, whether you received a Form 1099-DA, and whether you have a CPA or EA.
The form also sends the address of the page you used and, if you allowed analytics, the campaign tags (UTM parameters) of the link that brought you here. See the FormSubmit privacy policy.
Website analytics
Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics”. With your permission it measures visits, form interactions, and Telegram link clicks. Names, email addresses, and message contents are not sent to Analytics. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and Google signals stay off.
Your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it at any time with “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of each page; declining removes the Google Analytics cookies set for this site. See the Google privacy policy.
Telegram and email
If you message me on Telegram (@crypto_cpa_fl) or use the Telegram bot @emcryptotax_bot, your messages are handled by Telegram under its own terms. Requests you submit through the bot are stored so they can be answered.
Messages to contact@elenamocchi.com are forwarded to my inbox through Cloudflare Email Routing.
Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses and request details.
Records you share for an engagement
Records are shared through the method agreed for your scope. How they are stored and how long they are kept is agreed as part of your engagement. I never ask for seed phrases, private keys, account passwords, wallet signatures, or transfers of funds.
Your choices
I do not sell personal information. To ask what inquiry details I hold, or to have them corrected or deleted, email contact@elenamocchi.com.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated.
